1. About Us Run Til U Drop is an online store selling performance running apparel and accessories. Our store is operated via Shopify and fulfilled through Inkthreadable, a UK-based print-on-demand supplier.

2. Products All products are printed to order. Product images are representative and colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Production and Delivery As all items are made to order, production takes 3–5 working days before dispatch. Delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing.

6. Returns and Refunds As our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Our returns process is governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website including logos, brand copy, and product designs are the property of Run Til U Drop. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Run Til U Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
