Returns Policy – Run Til U Drop

 

At Run Til U Drop, every product is made specifically for you once an order is placed. Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, our returns policy is slightly different from traditional retail.


Please read the information below carefully before making your purchase.

 

Print-On-Demand Policy

 

All items are printed and fulfilled individually when you place an order.

This means:

  • We do not hold stock
  • Each item is custom made
  • We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or incorrect orders placed by the customer

However, we will always put things right if your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

 

 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at contact@runtiludrop.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • A short description of the problem

Once approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement free of charge
  • Or issue a full refund

No need to return the item in most cases – we’ll advise you.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

Size Issues

Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing choices.

We strongly recommend:

✔ Checking our size guide before ordering

✔ Measuring against a similar item you already own

✔ Contacting us before purchasing if unsure

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and production time.

Please note:

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Delays caused by customs
  • Local courier problems
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for it to appear in your account.
